Return Policy

We aim to serve every customer with high-quality, freshly prepared meals. However, if you are not fully satisfied due to any of the

  1. following reasons:
    • Incorrect item delivered
    • Missing items
    • Unsatisfactory food quality
    • Delivery issues

Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How we handle it:

  • A replacement meal may be offered.
  • A refund to your original payment method or store credit may be provided.
  • A photo or the return of the food (when applicable) may be required to process a claim.

Note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or if the food was consumed substantially. Refunds are issued at the bekary’s discretion.
