Booking Table – Terms & Conditions
- Reservation Confirmation
- All table bookings are subject to availability.
- A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email/Call) from the Bekary.
- Arrival & Holding Time
- Please arrive on time for your booking.
- The Bekary will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this, the table may be released to other guests.
- Group Bookings
- For groups of 6 or more guests, a pre-order or advance deposit may be required.
- Any changes to the group size must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- If you wish to cancel or change your booking, kindly inform us at least 3 hours before your reservation.
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the Bekary reserves the right to deny future bookings.
- Special Requests
- While we will do our best to accommodate seating or dietary requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
- Duration of Stay
- Bookings may be subject to a maximum dining time (e.g., 90 minutes per table) during busy hours.
- Outside Food & Drinks
- Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the Bekary without prior approval.
- Damage & Conduct
- Customers are expected to respect the Bekary property and staff. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
- Health & Safety
- Guests must comply with any health, safety, or government regulations in place at the time of dining.
- Bekary Rights
- The Bekary reserves the right to amend booking terms, refuse entry, or cancel reservations at its discretion.
