Booking Table – Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation Confirmation
    • All table bookings are subject to availability.
    • A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (SMS/Email/Call) from the Bekary.
  2. Arrival & Holding Time
    • Please arrive on time for your booking.
    • The Bekary will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this, the table may be released to other guests.
  3. Group Bookings
    • For groups of 6 or more guests, a pre-order or advance deposit may be required.
    • Any changes to the group size must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    • If you wish to cancel or change your booking, kindly inform us at least 3 hours before your reservation.
    • In case of a no-show without prior notice, the Bekary reserves the right to deny future bookings.
  5. Special Requests
    • While we will do our best to accommodate seating or dietary requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
  6. Duration of Stay
    • Bookings may be subject to a maximum dining time (e.g., 90 minutes per table) during busy hours.
  7. Outside Food & Drinks
    • Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the Bekary without prior approval.
  8. Damage & Conduct
    • Customers are expected to respect the Bekary property and staff. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
  9. Health & Safety
    • Guests must comply with any health, safety, or government regulations in place at the time of dining.
  10. Bekary Rights
    • The Bekary reserves the right to amend booking terms, refuse entry, or cancel reservations at its discretion.
